Interpersonal Skills

Interpersonal Skills
All communication skills have some shared general rules to follow that are necessary for it to be effective and interpersonal skills are no exception; in this case we are talking about verbal communication. The speaker must plan for cultural differences, they must adapt to suit their audience, they must ensure their information is accurate if they are facts, they must keep the audience engaged at all times and they should give the audience the opportunity to ask questions and the speaker should answer the audiences questions to the best of their ability.
Interpersonal communication is communication that is expressed from a person vocally or through    facial expression. As long as there are visuals, or sound to communicate with, it is interpersonal communication. Whether is it is in the same room or through Skype, as long as you can see or hear them and they are expressing through body language, vocal communication or sign language – it counts as interpersonal communication.
